Fetishes don't always make sense. Sexual desire and pleasure originate from the limbic system in the brain, opposed to the frontal cortex, which deals with reason and logic. I don't have a logical explanation why I have a size fetish, it certainly does not fulfill a reproduction need. Is an illogical fetish with illogical purposes, which I guess it might be a product of me being asexual.
I will still try my best to explain how my brain gets there, since you seem so genuinely curious.
For me, I just love the themes of horror to be mixed with sensuality. Desire and fear are very basic feelings present in every living creature and I like mixing them. Kinda like being “scaroused” but this only works if this is happening as a fantasy. Witnessing real horror does not amuse me and it will upset me instead.
